First — how I read your email

Plainly, before anything else: the order you chose is correct. Most creators want the content first because content is the visible part. You put chatting first. 70–90% of all money on this platform is made in the chat — so starting there means the machine begins paying for the phases that follow. “As if I'm chatting” is the exact standard, and it's the part most systems fail. A generic chatbot answers questions. This one is built to sound like a specific woman, in three layers:
- Her written identity — spelling habits, pet names, capitalisation, emoji use, banned topics, hard limits, how far she'll go. Authored on day one, so she is in character from her first message.
- Your real chatting style, learned from you — every message you have personally typed inside Fanvue is studied, and the machine mirrors how you actually text. It never learns from its own output, so it can't drift into a robot copying a robot.
- A private file on each individual fan — Deep Study, the answer to the question you asked on the call.
Deep Study reads a fan's entire history and builds him a dossier: his name, his job, what he's into, how he likes being spoken to, what he has bought, what he'd never buy, what must never be said to him. Every message to that man is then written for that man.

The selling engine that exists today is built and proven for photo sets. It reads a conversation for a genuine buying moment, picks the right images, writes the description, sets the price from a proven ladder, and sends — unattended. What it does not yet do is video and audio. That capability doesn't exist in any account I run, on purpose: video has been deliberately blocked in every send lane while the pricing was unproven. Phase 2 is me building it, and your account is the first it ships to. I'd rather tell you now than let you assume it's waiting.
Why video changes the maths. A photo set is priced per image — that's the unit the engine reasons in. A 45-second clip is not “one image” or “four images.” Video needs its own pricing logic, audio a third, and a message containing photos and a clip together needs a blended rule that doesn't exist yet. Get it wrong and the engine argues its own price down.
Your public/DM split is exactly right. Public-post PPV is seen by everyone and needs a conservative gate. DM-only is one man, one moment, and can go much further. Segmenting them is what lets the DM lane sell harder with no risk to your public feed.

Do you already have a trained character model (a LoRA) for Vanessa Body?
Because if you do, this entire phase may cost you nothing. Send me the file and I'll test it properly — generations at different settings, different checkpoints, different scenarios — and if it holds up, we simply use it. No training fee, no $1,500, nothing. We go straight to producing content with the character you already own.
One technical condition: it must be built on SDXL architecture. My entire content pipeline runs on SDXL, so a model trained on a different base can't be dropped in. If it's SDXL and it performs, we're done. If it isn't, we'll talk about what's possible. Answer this first and it decides whether the rest of this section applies to you at all.
If you don't already have one, here is why it matters. Consistency of a face is a solved problem. Consistency of a whole body — the same proportions, shape and size, the same specific details in every image regardless of pose or lighting — is a different discipline, and it cannot be achieved with prompting, settings or luck. It requires a character model trained specifically on her. There is no other route, exactly as you said in your email.
What you'd be buying is an asset, not an afternoon. Once it exists, every future image of Vanessa Body is consistent and cheap to produce. Built once, and it does not need building again. That's why it's priced as capital rather than hours — it's the single thing that makes a content operation possible at scale.

I will not promise a specific method, because methods behave differently in practice. Training separate models for face, body and detail and stacking them at full strength often makes them fight each other — you get distortion rather than precision. The build may be one combined model or a layered approach, depending on what your reference material supports. What I commit to is the outcome you asked for: her face, her body, her proportions, her specific details, consistent in every image. I'll commit to the result. I won't oversell you a recipe.
The asset stays on my infrastructure and is exclusively yours. No other creator will ever be trained on it. It lives here because the pipeline that runs it lives here — a model file alone, without the pipeline and tuning around it, produces nothing.

The character model is one cost. Turning it into finished, sellable, published sets is a separate ongoing one — and I'd rather you saw that now than in month two. Each bundle is generated, culled, cropped, tagged, captioned, given a banner, uploaded, described and tagged for the selling engine to find. Bundle production is charged at $X per finished bundle — the exact figure to be agreed with you once we've seen your library and your monthly volume. It is entirely optional — if you produce your own content, you pay none of it. And if you already have a LoRA, this is the only content cost you'd ever have with me.

I'm reading this as Phase 4 being yours, not mine — a sensible division, and I'm glad you have that side covered. But “distribution” means three genuinely different things, and they place different demands on what I build in Phases 1–3.
- Off-platform traffic — Reddit, X, TikTok, driving new subscribers to Fanvue. Needs high volume of safe-for-platform content and a different tagging structure.
- Multi-platform syndication — the same content published across several creator platforms at once. Needs content packaged in parallel formats from the moment it's made.
- On-platform visibility — reposting and cross-promotion inside Fanvue itself. This one I already have running and can switch on today.

Two things, and the second is the bigger one. Hosting: your system runs every second of every day on my infrastructure — storage for your vault index and every fan dossier, deployments, security patches, uptime monitoring, and watchdogs that restart it automatically if anything falls over at 4am. If it stops, your account stops earning — so it never stops. Operation: because you don't hold the control panel yet, I am your control panel — every dial change you ask for, every whale approval, every new deep study, the vault re-tagged as your library grows, and every improvement I build for Diana shipped onto your account the same week. It is a service with a person behind it, not a hosting invoice. A chatter working 24 hours a day would cost you $1,500–3,000 a month and would still sleep.

That September figure is not a wish — it's arithmetic.
